In general, I greatly enjoyed my extremely spacious room with twin beds. Had hairdryers, toiletries and bath sheets in the bathroom. The hotel had an unbelievably good and peaceful position, in town. Also, Tahoe Zephyr Express was 2 miles away from the venue.

Additionally, we loved the parking options and transportation in and around the hotel. The hotel's location was perfect as it was close to everything we needed. We enjoyed the warm fireplaces in the mornings for a cozy feel. the staff was accommodating, ensuring all requested items were in the room.
The location had limited amenities and felt like a ghost town with only two open eateries. Finding the parking garage was cumbersome, and the blocked garage exit had no notification or instruction, leading us to call help desk for guidance.

Many of the hotel facilities were closed during our stay, which was a big disappointment. It was also frustrating that some important details were not working properly in our room, such as the phone to call the front desk and the heating in the bathrooms.
